Heidi's Story...
Hi my name is Heidi, I'm a one year old Dachshund. I'm just the sweetest little girl you'll ever meet. All I want is to be with you. I love to be on your lap and I love attention. I will follow you to the ends of the earth. Although I do like to be the center of your attention I am good with dogs. I'm okay with cats but if they are skittish I will follow them which may look like chasing just because I'm curious and want to sniff them. I came from the homeless so nobody ever taught me how to be potty trained but I'm picking it up very quickly. So if you have any room in your heart for a super sweet fun little girl who is happy anywhere in the world as long as I'm with you then please call or text my foster parents at 408.202.4677. Thanks I hope to find a forever family soon. And don't let the number fool you I am in Vegas. There is an adoption fee.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Heidi, a Las Vegas Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Dachshund dog from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund breeders who help with Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
