My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there. My name is Sami and I am a four year old little girl weighing in at just 40 pounds. My owner turned me in to a shelter in Decatur and said I kept getting out. I was really thin and they told me I have heartworms. The shelter and AGB got together and planned for AGB to come get me in December. Well, the day before they were going to come get me I surprised everyone and started having puppies. I was very lucky that all my pups survived and got adopted. I was able to stay with them and feed them and take care of them until they were ready to go to their new homes. The volunteer who picked me up at the shelter said I am a sweetie pie and I rode extremely well in the car. AGB is getting me the medicine I need to get well and ready for my new family. Now it is my turn to get adopted! If you would like me to come live with you, let AGB know. Until then, I’ll be waiting and working hard trying to get well. Come see me soon! Your friend, Sami.
