My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

June is my name! I am a 3-year-old spayed female German Shepherd mix. I weigh about 51 pounds, but I should probably be closer to 60 pounds. I was brought into a local high-kill shelter as a stray. Most likely I had been on the streets for a little while based on the amount of weight I lost. My friends are working on fattening me up, though. I'll be at my ideal weight before you know it.

Obviously, I am gorgeous, but I also have a great personality to match. I'm sweet, gentle, and loving. I'm always happy and my tail never stops wagging. Whenever I meet someone, I greet them with a great big smile!

I get along great with everybody I meet - people and dogs alike! If you are a social person, I would be perfect for you. You could take me anywhere. I promise to be on my best behavior!

I really enjoy pets and I definitely think I am a lapdog. Yes, a 51 pound lapdog!
