My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Freida is a 4 y/o super sized beagle girl who is looking for a new home. The beagle wander lust caused her to go on one too many trips away from home. Her family decided it was easier to leave her at the shelter than to fix their fence! This beautiful girl is 15+ inches tall and has trimmed down to 38 pounds. Freida will have no trouble shedding a few more pounds with continued diet and exercise.

Freida is 100% house broken with the use of a dog door. She is kennel trained and will go in on command, but has wonderful house manners and never gets into anything. Freida gets along with the beagles in her foster home, but does not join in on many of the beagle games. Her laid back personality makes her more of a spectator when the games begin! She does love to be out checking the yard for invading critters or just sun bathing when the rain goes away!

Freida loves being near her person. She will lie quietly at your feet when you work on the computer. She is never demanding of attention but glows with happiness when she is on the receiving end of a hug or belly rub! Freida walks well on a leash and enjoys going for a daily walk. This wonderful girl will make a loyal and loving companion for some lucky family.
