Squeak's Story...
Squeak is a striking young lab mix puppy. With just one look into his deep, tender eyes, you will be in love! Squeak loves playing with dogs of all sizes; from small to large he doesn’t discriminate. His favorite hobbies are chasing his foster dog siblings and snuggling with humans. Squeak is a very quick learner. By using clicker training, he quickly learned to sit and lay down and shows tremendous potential for advanced training. Squeak also loves water. As soon as it warms up, we are sure he will love to spend his summers swimming in lakes and ponds. Squeak is kennel trained, but he would much rather cuddle with a human on the couch. He gets very attached to his humans. We would love to tell you more about squeak. Please fill out an application here: http://forrescue.net/dog-application/. Squeak is located in Huntsville, AL but is available for adoption in your area! He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and current on flea, parasite, and Heartworm preventative.
** We are currently unable to adopt to MA residents due to state regulations. **

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Squeak, a Hamburg Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Hamburg, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Hamburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hamburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hamburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hamburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
