My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Miss Polly is a cute 4 year old terrier/beagle that was surrendered to Friendship because her family afford to keep her anymore. Polly is allergic to fleas and the family could no longer pay for the medication. She's a little shy at first being at the shelter but in her former home she got along well with people of all ages plus other dogs and cats. Polly is a little cautious of men but eventually warms up when she gets to know them. She had some trouble with her potty training at her home, but has kept a clean kennel at the shelter. Crate training is recommended. She enjoys going for walks and is good on a leash. Stop by and meet nice and mellow Polly.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
