Roxanne would love to be adopted into a loving home. She is 5 years old and this pretty kitty was 1 of 145 cats from a hoarding situation in Cleveland. Roxanne has been re-tested and is negative for FELV and FIV so can be adopted today and be with other cats. She is a sweetheart! Roxanne knows how it feels to be one of many.
