Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Wilson is a young Bernese Mountain Dog / Shepherd mix (approximately 2.5 years old) looking for a forever home!
He was originally from Montreal, and was in a high kill shelter when he was pulled by rescue before his "deadline".
He's a big happy and goofy boy who has a wonderful spirit. He loves to meet new people, greeting them happily. He also gets very excited to meet other dogs, especially on walks, so could use some work on those leash manners. The use of a halti may help in that respect. He also loves the dog park!
In his foster home, he follows foster mom around when she's up and about, but will lay at her feet and seek attention, scratches and cuddles when it's time to relax.
He loves the outdoors, and will require a lot of exercise during his younger years.
We are looking for a home without cats, not because he's aggressive towards them, but because he is relentless in his efforts to play with them, and they are intimidated by this size.
He will come vaccinated, heartworm tested, microchipped and neutered.
Adoption Fee: $350.00
