Hi Folks, Joey here! I bet your reading this because you saw my picture, and are just dying to know more about me…….Well, I’m here to tell you anything you’d like to know.
I am a 7 year old Maltese/Schnauzer Mix that has just recently fallen on some hard times.
Ya See… I had a family; they saved me 6 years ago from a shelter here in Dayton. I have been one lucky, happy kid! My favorite things to do with my family are long walks, lounging around the house, and playing with those small people called grand kids. Oh how I loved them….
OMG….I almost forgot, I love my yellow stuffed duck too, I take him everywhere!!
These last couple of months has been a little crazy for my family. Both of my parents have become ill, and have relocated to a local Nursing Home. I have been staying with my mom's sister, but I know this can’t be my permanent home, as she has health problems too. Lucky for me, my mom (as all moms do) was chatting to a Nurse about me and showing her my pictures. You are absolutely not going to believe this!!! She was with a Schnauzer Rescue and offered to take me!
Two lucky breaks I have had in my life.
Making it out of the shelter and now having a chance to find a furever family with Schnauzer Rescue Cincinnati.
I am now living with my foster family, and foster furkids. It is absolutely the BEST to have furkids to follow around and play with. I’m settling in quite nice, but I don’t want to get to comfortable, because when my furever family comes I want to be ready.
