UPDATE 9.17.16 Journey is a young female that loves to play. She is loving and gentle and very affectionate. She barks at others when she wants what they have or if she just wants to play.
She will bring a toy to me if the other dogs are tired and shove it in my face. Couldn’t say let’s play any plainer.
She is crate trained, verbally responsive, potty trained and a gem of a dog.
She is about 70#s. That’s a lot of love!
Another playful dog and a fenced on yard would be great. An active family would be great .
UPDATE 5/25/16: Journey has had her HW treatment and is on her way to recovery. She has had NO issues with the treatment and is ready to go to a new home. She is the most obedient and sweet dog ever. Loves everyone!
UPDATE 3/6/16: Well what can we say about Journey?? She is a wonderful, high energy, very talkative girl. She is between 1-2 years old and weighs about 65#'s. She is a beautiful black with a tad of white, lab pit mix. Journey is a gentle soul. She does not possess a mean bone in her body. She is an affectionate girl and tries to sleep on top of me at night. That is how close she wants to be. She is crate trained and perfectly potty trained. She is wonderful with the other dogs here and would really benefit from another large nice playful dog in the home with a fenced yard. She loves people and kids but no small toddlers as she can be a bull in a china shop!! She sometimes forgets where her body is going, often bumping into things and me:)). She has one tiny fault and that is barking at something she wants till she gets it. If another dog has a toy she must have it and barks and barks...we are working on this but she is a verbal woman:)) So please consider this gem of a dog!! You won't be disappointed.
Journey is over a year old now, house trained and ready for a new home. She LOVES, LOVES, LOVES to play so if you are looking for a playmate for yourself or your furry friend, Journey might be the one for you. She is very sweet, but very busy. If she has a friend who will play for hours, she would be very happy. Journey is spayed, up to date with shots, microchipped, HW tested and on preventative.
