King's Story...
As his name implies, he is a regal fellow. Big and bold in stature and color but a gentle giant in personality. King is well-versed on a leash and likes to mind. He knows his basic commands and has a very gentle, if huge, mouth. He is extremely handsome but not overly assertive or confident. He does seem to have a high prey instinct with smaller animals (i.e. cats, small dogs, squirrels...) so best if he goes to a household without those temptations.
King loves people, is friendly with strangers and would rather hang out with a people friend than run, jump or play (which he does do on occasion). He is a beautiful dog with a sweet spirit, he just happens to be large and strong too!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

King, a Los Angeles Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
