Britnee is a precious Hound mix girl that is only 4 months old and weighs 30 pounds, with the potential to be 60 pounds as an adult. This girl was discovered by a CCR foster mom who found her beat up and used as a bait dog. This poor young girl had all 4 eye teeth pulled and she had bite marks all over her body. You can still see some of the bite marks that are still healing after a month of good care. God was merciful to Britnee in so many ways; she is healing and she is friendly, although a bit hesitant when first meeting new people for the first few minutes. She will be fine with a little more time. Her spirit is not broken and her body was saved from the terrible horrors that we know exist in the dog fighting world. One of the miracles is that she is good with other dogs and is playful. She is working on crate training and house training. We are so happy to see Britnee’s beautiful coat now that her wounds are healed. She would love to have a family of her own and learn good manners and grow up with confidence and constant reassurance.
