Peace. Warmth. Love. Isn't that what we all want? It's what I want for me, and what I want for you! Let’s find it together! My name is Khai (KY, rhymes with HI) and I found myself at the county shelter after my owner surrendered me. You can see, that I am a handsome marbled tabby. When you first meet me I may be a little shy, but please, give me a little time and I will warm up to you, I promise. It was a hard time for me. You will soon see that I love chin scratches and I love to be petted. If you stop petting me too soon, I will gently reach out for your hand and pull it back to me so you can continue petting me. Smart move, huh? I also like to snuggle. I will sit in your lap or right next to you while you read or watch TV. I am very active and curious about what is going on. Do you like having company when you are doing chores? I will help you with whatever it is you are doing. I like to play. My favorite toys are toy mice and balls with bells in them. Do you have big window for me to sit in? It is a must in my new home. I like to watch the birds and squirrels outside. I am a sweet, affectionate, purring, playful guy that is looking for his new forever home. Do you have room for me? I was born in 2013.
