Casanova's Story...
Casanova, found in an alley with his sister hungry and scared is now seeking his forever, loving human/family. He is a gorgeous Russian Blue (charcoal gray w/ green eyes) approx. 12 wks., 3.5+ Lbs., just neutered and received a clean bill of health. Did I mention he is gorgeous. He thinks dogs and cats are super cool. He likes Pina Coladas, gettin’ caught in the rain, loves to cuddle, play and eat! (He uses his kitty pan like a champ!).

If you'd like to apply for Casanova, or any of our rescue's other cats, please email info@labsandfriends.org to request an application or go to our website at www.labsandfriends.org and download and fill one out. They can be scanned and emailed or faxed to 818-351-8148 (no cover needed)..

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Casanova, a Burbank Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Burbank, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Burbank.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Burbank already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Burbank breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Burbank paves the way for another one to be saved.
