My name is Pistache and although my story started out a bit sad, I know it’s going to have a blockbuster ending! I was given up by my family because I had a leg injury and sadly they were unable to afford the surgery to have it fixed. Animatch took me under their wing and voila ... here I am, happy and healthy and so geared up to start my new life. In fact, after doing x-rays on my leg the Vet felt that because my bones had already mended and fused there was no point in putting me through extensive surgery. I get around just find and you would really have no idea that I had broken my leg – we dogs are resilient. I am only six months old so I still need lots of exercise and training; someone home during the day would be a must. I do love playing with other dogs, going for long walks, and chewing on my Nylabone – cuddles are the best too! Now I am definitely not hard to love, but what I need just as much as love is commitment. My family must accept me as I am – a pup with lots of zip and a zest for life. . I need you to promise that you will keep me safe and take care of me for the rest of my life. In return, I’ll brighten up your days with my charm and undying devotion. Whaddya say? Am I the one?
