Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Luke (Guest('s Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Luke (Guest('s Story...
We are helping Luke find a new home. He was taken in by a kind person who can not keep him, since she already has multiple dogs, and does not have the resources to care for another. She can keep him until a new home is found.

Luke is described as sweet, well behaved and well adjusted, according to his caregiver. He does well with other dogs and is living with them now. He would do well with a companion his same size, age and activity level. Luke does not get along with cats. He has not lived with children so we're not sure how he would do. Since he is over the puppy phase, he may do well with older children, 10 and up. Luke will need a home where he can get regular exercise, he's moderately active.

Luke is about 7-8 years old. He is in good health and up to date on HW preventative, and vet care. He is neutered. His caregiver has vet information she could pass on to the new family.

Luke has been crate trained, walks well on a leash, and is housebroken.

If you'd like to meet Luke, please contact his owner directly at aburgundy@comcast.net .

GSDRGA has not met Luke, he is not our foster dog. We are guest listing him for his owner, she can answer any questions you may have, or set up a meeting.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luke (Guest(, a Roswell German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Roswell, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Roswell.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Roswell already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Roswell breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Roswell paves the way for another one to be saved.
