Penny (aka Princess)

Stop! Go no further! You have found the most beautiful and sweetest dog you could possibly find. Penny is still a puppy, under a year old, is a Yorkie/ Chihuahua mix and was rescued from a neglectful situation. She was out in the cold and now just wants to snuggle up next to you. Penny gets along perfectly with kids, other dogs, her bird foster sister, and her guinea foster brother. We are pretty sure she would just want to play a bit with a cat- since she has not ONE mean bone in her entire body. Penny is outgoing when she feels comfortable, but is a bit shy around new doggy friends at the dog park. She does great in the car! She is working hard on potty training with a doggie door and potty pads, but will go out and potty whenever you take her! She also doesn’t have a lot of experience with a leash, but we are working on that, too. Penny would be best in a home with another young dog, but it isn’t a must. This copper beauty loves to give hugs (literally rests her head on your shoulder), be held, and just be with you. She sheds a tiny bit, but brushing and fish oil really helps keep that in check. She is ultra healthy, UTD on shots, is spayed and microchipped. Princess Penny always gets compliments on her beauty, but what she really wants is to find her furever family!
