My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tatum is a sweet, shy, cuddly fellow that is looking for a loving family to call his own. Sadly, he and his canine siblings were literally thrown over the fence at our local animal shelter. How anyone could have abandoned a precious little dog like Tatum we just can't imagine. But it is going to be someone's good fortune to have him be a part of their lives because this is one wonderful little guy. Tatum is very quiet and would do well in a townhome or apartment atmosphere. Once he gets used to things he opens up and shows a little spunk but basically he is a very calm fellow. He is very eager to please and looks to his humans for approval. He thrives on kind words and praise and is looking forward to being someone's cuddle bug. Tatum does great with other dogs and cats. We have not seen him around children but he should do wonderfully with them since he is so gentle. Tatum is 3 years old and weighs 14 lbs. He is crate-trained and housebroken. He has been neutered and microchipped and is up to date on his shots. He has tested negative for heartworms and is on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks.
