My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Xander, a very, very sweet and affectionate young dog who is looking for a forever home and family to love. He is generally very calm and always happy to see you. When he looks at you with those big round brown eyes, you are sure to melt. He is fabulous with other dogs and is very nice to our cats. Xander and his siblings lost their dad suddenly. They have been such a joy to have with us but now it is time for them to find their special forever homes. Xander was very matted when he got here so we had to shave him down pretty good. His coat has a beautiful golden red hue and is very soft and fluffy. Xander weighs 7 lbs. and is 3 years old. He would do fine in an apartment or townhome setting. He is crate-trained and housebroken. We are working on his leash training but that does need some work. Please come meet Xander and see what a wonderful little guy he is. He might be just the one to make your home complete. The first step in our adoption process is the application. Our form can be completed on line at www.cedarfarmrescue.com. After you have submitted the form, please call Tony at 336.251.8877 to make an appointment to visit with Xander at our adoption center. We are there by appointment only. Xander is neutered, microchipped and up to date on his shots. He is heartworm negative and on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks. 93321
