This is Deegan. We think that he is a Rottweiler / Great Dane mixed young adult male. Deegan is only 1 yr old and is already neutered and is current on vaccinations. This boy has the sweet disposition of a Dane. He currently weighs around 100lbs, maybe a bit more. He is tall and a very nice boy. The owner mentioned that her younger brother was very attached to him, so it is possible that Deegan is also good with children. His owner had to move and could not take him with her.
Deegan has a sad story. His owner gave him to a neighbor man to be his new owner. After one week, the new owner called her up and asked her to come and get her dog. We are afraid that this man may have kicked Deegan in the hind quarters. He is currently not using one of his back legs. We hope this is a temporary thing that will heal. Poor fellow. Now he ended up at the shelter and is looking for a loving, caring family with TLC. This boy is looking for a good home.
