(2/28/15) Elsa is now free from the puppy mill! She arrived to her temporary foster home today, and is just adorable. Elsa is very shy and will need time to learn to trust humans. She is absolutely beautiful! Elsa weighs about 11-12 lbs. and is 7 years old. (2/24/15) Elsa has lived her life in two separate puppy mills. She has never known the love and security of being a part of a family. Elsa will need a patient foster family to help her settle in and learn to accept love and affection.
