Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Nathan is a long haired Chihuahua/papillon mix. He is about 2 years old and weighs 6 lbs. This tiny little fella has a HUGE personality as well as a big appetite. You may not survive his kisses and cuddles as he is quite the love bug. He is not yet housetrained but is pee pad trained. He understands NO, STAY and will sometimes SIT when a treat shows up – but SIT is a little more iffy!. He is very willing to learn. He is not aggressive towards other dogs but is a little fearful with strangers, especially men, while on a leash. He may nip if not handled well. He needs an experienced handler to help him work through this and be consistent with training. He may bark at other dogs on the street or people at the door. He needs a forever home as soon as possible because he has a real need to bond with his person and we don't want to put him through any more trauma when he is separated from his foster. He does not like his crate and whines and complains when he is in it and may even poop in his crate! Nathan is a climber and can get over a fence so be warned. He loves the outdoors and is good on the leash. He would be a perfect dog for someone who wanted to be showered with love 24/7.
