Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Scamp is an adorable, lovable and loving 13 pound Shih Tzu. He had the misfortune of living on the end of a chain all his life until his former owners agreed to let him go and find a more suitable home.
Scamp is very friendly with everyone and always in a happy mood. He gets along well with our other foster dogs and is well-behaved and calm. In his foster home, he is well-behaved, always happy and housetrained. He is not destructive when left alone, and does not need to be crated.
During his 8 years on a chain, Scamp was exposed to heartworm disease through mosquitoes. If he had been given monthly medicine to protect him, he would not have contracted this disease. Sadly, he was not protected, so has been treated to cure him of this nasty disease. Scamp came back from the vet following treatment acting the same as always--sweet and happy. .
If you would like to give this sweet little fellow a great home for the rest of his life, please write us at pricelesspets4u@gmail.com and ask for an application to adopt Scamp. Scamp's adoption fee is $200. He has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and has completed treatment for heartworms.
