Meet Ava! Ava is a Mountain Cur/ Weimaraner mix. She is good with puppies, males and females who are not dominant. She loves to play and is such a sweet girl. She is good with kids and enjoys playing with her foster mom’s daughter. She just lies on her back and lets the little girl rub her belly. She is a little timid but warms up to her person quickly. She was found wandering the busy streets running in and out of traffic. This must have been so scary for Ava. Thankfully a nice lady stopped and rescued her. The nice lady tried to find her family just in case she may be lost but no one claimed her. Ava was most likely dumped on the side of the road and left to fend for herself. How someone could do this is beyond us. Ava is precious and deserves nothing but the best. She matters to us.
Ava’s birthday is estimated to be August 13, 2013. She is up to date on her vaccinations, spayed, heartworm negative and on preventatives. All she really needs now is a family of her own and a place to call home. Could Ava be the girl you are looking for? Ava has been cat tested and is cat approved. ADOPTION FEE $450
