Marvin's Story...
Marvin is a handsome CockaPoo who has never met a meal he didn't like. This 5 year old was surrendered when his family could not continue his care. Marvin is in a foster home with a couple and he loves everyone he meets. When Marvin sees a new friend coming, his whole little cubby body wiggles. Marvin loves walks on his leash, and he's ready to start shedding his extra pounds. He is hoping someone who enjoys light exercise will adopt him and help get him back to a healthier weight. Marvin is just a super sweet boy. He loves attention and almost purrs like a kitty when you pet him. He goes to the door when he needs to do his potty business, so he has great manners too. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm negative. If this adorable guy is the perfect match for you, please go to ITVRescue.org and complete an online adoption application. Forever homes need only apply. Marvin can't wait to meet his last forever family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Marvin, a Evansville Cockapoo dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cockapoo for sale in Evansville, or seeking a Cockapoo dog from a breeder in Evansville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Evansville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Evansville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cockapoo breeders who help with Cockapoo rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Evansville paves the way for another one to be saved.
