My name is Oreo. I am a 6 year old female. I was recently abandoned by my owner and left by myself in the apartment. Kind neighbors helped me out, and now I am at the shelter until I find my furever home. I am a sweet girl, and I want to be someone's pet again. There isn't enough time and space to mush when I am in a cage. Come meet me and take me home. I just want to love you and be part of a family again!

About New Beginning Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

New Beginning Animal Rescue is dedicated to pet adoption. Our organization takes in unwanted, abandoned, abused, or stray pets and attempts to find suitable homes for each of them. Our rescue group is created and run by Pedro Rosario who worked for 16 years at the NYC Animal Care & Control. He began this rescue in 2010 because he felt he could make a difference saving the lives of unwanted pets by providing a safe atmosphere where no animal would be euthanized due to lack of space. He, his staff, and volunteers help to train, play with, handle medical issues, and assist with solving behavior problems and social all pets. All these animals are well cared for and loved until a permanent home can be found for them. New Beginning Animal Resuce is the ONLY no-kill rescue in the Bronx.
