Willow's Story...
Willow is just about the sweetest, most laid-back puppy you'd ever hope to find. She's great with people, other animals and enjoys finding a comfy place to nap. We aren't for certain about her father's genetics but from her size and her looks (this girl's got a lot of loose skin) it's probably that he's a Redbone Coonhound. At 4 months old she weighs 35 pounds so she's going to be a big dog. Her mother a yellow labrador/american staffordshire terrier. Willow is gorgeous! And smart. Did we mention laid-back? She lives in house full of cats and is absolutely fine with them, even the rooster doesn't excite her.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Willow, a New Braunfels Redbone Coonhound puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Redbone Coonhound for sale in New Braunfels, or seeking a Redbone Coonhound puppy from a breeder in New Braunfels.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New Braunfels already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New Braunfels breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Redbone Coonhound breeders who help with Redbone Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New Braunfels paves the way for another one to be saved.
