Chewy's Story...
We think Chewy may be a Keeshond/Chow/Shep mix. He is approx. 5 mths old and weighs 23 lbs. To be honest we aren't really sure what he is so we will just say 100% adorable. This boy is on fire so you will need to really stay on your toes to keep up. Playful and energetic, all the things you look for in a puppy, just a little amped up. If not reclaimed by his owner he will be available 3/25/15.

Act quickly to adopt Chewy. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chewy, a Conway Keeshond/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Keeshond/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Conway, or seeking a Keeshond/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Conway.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Conway already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Conway breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Keeshond/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Keeshond/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Conway paves the way for another one to be saved.
