PUPPY JOSH's Story...
This sweet little Terrier mix is Josh. He is 11 weeks old and weighs about 3.5 pounds. He is smart and very playful, and is very alert to his people and surroundings. His hobbies include playing with toys, naps and checking out the world around him. When he was rescued it was noted that his right eye has a slight opaqueness, so the first stop was to the vet's office. It was felt that an earlier, untreated infection may have caused the problem. His eye is now healthy and his vision doesn't seem impaired. He is neutered, has a microchip and all his vaccinations. Josh is looking for a fun-loving, active family who will enjoy showing him all the world has to offer! ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

PUPPY JOSH, a Salem Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Salem, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
