My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This handsome boy is about 6 months old (born approximately early September 2014) and is one of the kittens from the Hyndford litter. Coco's gorgeous black coat is unique in that it has shades of red in the undercoat along his back, and of grey on his belly. He took more convincing than most of his 6 litter mates to come in out of the cold, but after some time to adjust has now decided that he likes the cozy life of a house cat and that humans are not at all the scary creatures he used to believe they were. Coco is still a shy boy when it comes to people he doesn't know, and he prefers to be given time to come to people on his own at first. But with patience and time he has bonded closely with his foster mom and is now a very affectionate guy who loves spending time with her. Coco is on the smaller side for his age, but is a playful boy, especially with other cats.

He has not yet been introduced to dogs, but would likely adapt well to a respectful dog with a slow introduction. Due to his shy nature, we feel that Coco will do best in a home without young children. If you are interested in Adopting Coco please send an e-mail to; valleyanimalrescue@hotmail.com.
