My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Swirly is one of the most affectionate cats at the shelter right now. This lovebug will make a great lap cat, but is prone to pretending he's a dog, following people around, rolling and sleeping on his back, and just generally being silly. At a year old, he's very perky, but mature enough not to act crazy. He'd appreciate it if you stop by to pat him... He'll probably try to get you to take him for a walk! ;) (please don't!)

At Care for Animals/PAAWS RI we Spay/Neuter all of our cats and they receive the necessary medical care including Rabies, Three Distemper vaccines, De-worming, De-fleaing, Microchipping, and Testing for Feline Leukemia/FIV.

Care for Animals is located at 2944 Post Rd. Warwick, RI 02886. You are welcome to visit during hospital hours. Our hours are Monday 8-7, Tuesday - Thursday 8-5, Friday 9-3, and every other Saturday 9-1. We're also happy to set up weekend appointments.
