Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Frannie is a 5 y/o female who was pulled from a shelter south of Houston. She obviously was a refuge from a puppy farm after giving birth to multiple litters of pups. She is a standard 15 inches tall and was a very boney 22 pounds. She is up to a perfect 27 pounds and looking great!

Frannie is learning to be a member of a pack. She is rarely possessive of her belongings and has gotten very good at sharing space and attention with others. Frannie is showing signs that she still has some puppy hiding inside. She gets really perky when toys are thrown and is joining in when a good wrestling match is underway. She does love to chase after squirrels in the yard. She is fairly quiet, but can vocalize to the rest of the pack that a varmint has been sighted! House training has gone well and she only has a rare accident. Though she uses the dog door without problems, she still does not like to go out if it is raining.

Frannie craves your love and attention. She wants to be close to you when possible, but will go lie down on a dog bed when instructed. Frannie would do well in a home with or without another dog. She is gentle and tolerant of small children. She needs a family with lots of love to give her. She will make a loyal and loving companion. It has been wonderful to watch this homely, skinny girl fill out and become the beauty that she was meant to be.
