Byron is a 6 month old kitten, and if all holds true, he will grow up to be a big boy, as so many of them do. He is a bit shy, but once I pick him up and hold him, he purrs to beat the band! He has been completely vetted, tested, neutered, all shots, Revolution applied for any ear mites, fleas, and it's also a wormer....so, he's good to go to a loving, forever home who has the time to spend with him. He will be your best buddy on the couch or in a comfy chair!
He is a beautiful boy too. Small children might scare him at this time.. He LOVES to 'help' me when I'm on the computer, like right now and I have learned to type around him!! So, please excuse the errors!
You may obtain an online application by logging on to CatAdoptionRI.org or by emailing catadoptionteam@aol.com. All of the cats and kittens are placed with the Rhode Island State mandated proof of spay or neuter. In order to take your new cat or kitten home with you, there must be an approved application prior to any placement. Application approval is usually within 24-48 hours.
We, at CATS, are very proud of all of the cats and kittens that we help facilitate finding new forever homes, and work very hard to make sure they are happy, healthy and well socialized. All of the cats and kittens are fed only a high end cat food.
Hard copy medical records accompany each cat and kitten on adoption day as each cat or kitten is completely vetted prior to their placed. The policy is that all of our cats and kittens will be placed spayed or neutered, tested for feline aids/leukemia, and have all age appropriate shots. There will not be any placement of any cat or kitten that has not been spayed or neutered first. There will be no exceptions. This means that there is less out of pocket costs for people who adopt a cat or kitten from us and you will be in 100% COMPLIANCE WITH THE SPAY/NEUTER LAW TOO, which is so important to help combat the pet overpopulation crisis.
