Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Joy is pictured here with her sisters Cheer (middle) and Faline (right). She is a real mama's girl and loves to be around her. This could be why she is a bit bigger than most of her 7 siblings! Having a "faucet" all to yourself pays off! She is a true "Joy" to have around! She has the perfect temperament and activity level anyone would fall in love with! She's not too laid back or too outgoing/mischievous, but don't let that fool you! She's a fun loving and adventurous little girl! She'd make anyone the perfect house cat!
PLEASE NOTE: This posting is a bit different than what BMSCR usually posts, so please read the details carefully. Joy is only 8 1/2 weeks old. If you're interested in her, you CAN put a $50 deposit toward her $100 adoption fee and we will hold her for you until she is 12 weeks (unless you have a younger cat at home, under 2 yrs of age or you adopt one of her siblings with her now). If you do not pick up the kitten within a reasonable amount of time after they become available (to be determined by BMSCR staff), we will consider your deposit a donation to BMSCR. Joy is 100% healthy at this time and has had her first and second worming, and first set of shots. However, there is NO guarantee that a kitten will not succumb to an illness beforehand, in which case your deposit WILL be returned in full. Adoption applications will be honored on a first come/first approved basis! Please contact the foster mom at chaslpc@aol.com. Home visits are encouraged to ensure you and the kitten are the right "fit".
