Corbin's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Corbin's Story...
Corbin is likely a corgi-dachshund cross- but that is our best guess. For sure he is a low rider, heartworm negative and full grown at/about a year of age and weighing approximately 20 pounds. Contact his foster mom at 225-754-2035 if you are interested in a meet and greet.

All dogs adopted through Friends of the Animals are current on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed or neutered prior to adoption. For more information about FOTA or to make a donation, please visit http://www.friendsoftheanimalsbr.org/.CorbinCorbin

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Corbin, a Baton Rouge Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi for sale in Baton Rouge, or seeking a Corgi dog from a breeder in Baton Rouge.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Baton Rouge already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Baton Rouge breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi breeders who help with Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Baton Rouge paves the way for another one to be saved.
