PAWS (Outdoor/Porch Cat)'s Story...
Meet Paws! A friendly Maine Coone Mix: Paws is such an awesome cat. He LOVES kids, and would be great for a family with kids that could give him attention and fuss over him from time to time. His favorite thing is following you while you take a long walk--he can keep up for at least a mile and it's his favorite!! Paws is about 7 years old and He is very healthy. He would do great in a screened porch though or even garage occasionally to come inside. Paws is GREAT AT RODENT CONTROL! He has caught a couple of squirrels in his younger years and eaten them. He has helped me with my rodent issue over the years! He loves kids though, and kids love him, so he would be perfect for a home with kids that would want to help take care of him :)

He is an outdoor cat and LOVES being king of my property! He will keep other stray cats away from your home and he loves interacting with humans, especially children. The kids next door moved years ago and I can tell he still misses them. We've had visitors from time to time and he is in his glory when getting attention from Children.

I am moving and wanted to put this ad up here. Looking for a nice family who can care for Paws! He is super special and nice to have around :)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

PAWS (Outdoor/Porch Cat), a Port Richey Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Port Richey, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Port Richey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Port Richey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Port Richey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Port Richey paves the way for another one to be saved.
