My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bear #2601 is an adorable 8-month-old male, Golden Retriever mix. This affectionate boy is very smart and knows basic commands. Bear is kennel and leash trained. He is very treat motivated, and will show off his obedience skills with the right reward. Bear loves playing with other dogs. He would do best in a quiet home without small children; he is very sweet, but it takes him a little time getting used to several people at once. He weighs almost 60 pounds, but may still fill in a little, weighing closer to 65 pounds as an adult. Just like any puppy, this pup will need a loving home with an adopter that has the time to commit to continued obedience training for this smart pup; it stimulates the dog's mind and establishes a good dog/adopter relationship. If you are interested in adopting, you MUST submit an application, the form is downloadable from our website: http://www.lastchanceanimalrescue.org/adoptus.html and return it per instructions. Email dogs@lastchanceanimalrescue.org with questions. Stay tuned to our Facebook page for adoption event locations and updates: www.facebook.com/lcarmd.
