PLEASE NOTE: WE ADOPT ONLY IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Super sweet, extra smart, loves everyone, Baxter is an 18-month-old purebred Papillon with the most delightful, still puppy-like personality. He currently is housed with another young rescue (see Bandit) and they play like crazy. He would love to have an energetic playmate in his forever home, Bandit, for instance  We will place them separately, however. Baxter is extremely affectionate, cuddly and outgoing. We think he is very special. He does need work on housetraining but learns fast. He is neutered, has had his shots and the vet declared him healthy. He weighs 10 pounds and needs exercise to trim down just a bit. His coat appears to have been clipped and will probably be much longer.
