Casper is a friendly 1 year old Jack Russell Terrier mix. He has the cutest little short legs, but he has a really big heart! He enjoys other dogs and being with people and is good with kids. Casper was dumped with three pups. His kind foster mom took him in and got him ready for you to adopt. We will post more information as we get to know Mr. Casper better.
