We would like to introduce Minnie to everyone. She is a one year old Schnauzer/Yorkie blend looking for her forever home. She is spayed and current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and ready for her forever home.
This poor girl has had a pretty rough start in life. She was adopted from a kill shelter after being picked up as a stray, by a family that decided she needed to be euthanized because she would stand up on their toddler and be face to face with her, so she was just too big (she only weighs 8 pounds), so they decided to go buy a smaller puppy and just take Minnie in to be put to sleep. Luckily a good Samaritan saved her from being euthanized and brought her to us. She is so sweet, and gets along well with other dogs and cats. She loves to snuggle in your lap.
Sadly, the family that was going to euthanize her also was very hard on her if she had potty accidents in the house which has caused her to be frightened and cry out when she has to poop. She was checked by the vet to make sure she isn't in pain, and she thinks Minnie may have some soft tissue damage from something traumatic that happened to her while in the previous owners care, but doesn't think it's anything serious and she just needs someone to build trust with her so she doesn't think she is going to be hurt when she has to potty. She's a calm girl and is crate trained. If you think you may have the perfect home for this pretty girl.
