Reva's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Reva's Story...
Reva was rescued from a high kill shelter (along with her 3 sisters, Starr, Scout, and Maeve) when she was only 5 weeks old. The surrender paperwork listed her mother as a border collie, father unknown. She is now 6 months old, spayed, up to date on all shots, on heartworm/flea/tick preventative, and is microchipped. She is house trained, crate trained and leash trained. She weighs 30 pounds.

Reva is a fun loving little girl who loves to play. She gets along great with everyone (both dogs and cats). When outside, she loves to run and play keep away with her foster brothers and sisters. She will find anything at all to put in her mouth to entice everyone else to chase her. It is the highlight of her life to make another jealous of her prize possession. Inside, she settles down nicely and is content to lay in your lap in the evenings and watch TV. She high highly food motivated and therefore easy to train. Overall, she is just a happy little girl who will make you smile and laugh every day.

She would do best in a home with another dog as a playmate and, being that she is a puppy, with someone who will be home with her most of the day. She also will require a fenced in yard.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Reva, a Oliver Springs Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie for sale in Oliver Springs, or seeking a Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Oliver Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Oliver Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Oliver Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie breeders who help with Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Oliver Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
