MILLIE's Story...
MILLIE is truly one of a kind! She is a gentle spirited girl with impeccable manners. Her foster mom (who happens to be 70) says that MILLIE couldn't be any better. She is calm, sweet, quiet, and uses the doggie door perfectly. She is extremely affectionate without being pushy or obnoxious. She lives in a foster home with an American bulldog and a senior, deaf king charles spaniel. She is wonderful with both. She doesn't currently live with any kitties, but has been excellent with all the cats she has met at the vet. If you have cats, we can certainly introduce her to more kitties. She does sometimes cower when she first meets strange men, but it isn't major and she relaxes quickly. MILLIE enjoys playing with other pups, but is still definitely a calm girl. She is great in the car and walks well on a leash. MILLIE truly is excellent in every single category!

MILLIE is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations.
Her $450 adoption fee includes health certificate and transport to New England once she is adopted.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

MILLIE, a knoxville Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Labrador Retriever for sale in knoxville, or seeking a Boxer/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in knoxville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in knoxville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a knoxville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Boxer/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in knoxville paves the way for another one to be saved.
