My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi- I’m Frasier! I think I’m 4 or 5 years old, and am a teeny guy weighing in at just 8lbs. Don’t let my size fool you though, I can keep up with the big dogs! I was found as a stray, brought to a local shelter, and was just terrified there. Since being rescued, I have learned that the world isn’t such a scary place, and I am now ready for a home where I can be treated with the love that I deserve!

First of all, I LOVE my people, you are really all that I need (and treats, don’t forget the treats). While I am fine when meeting new people, I do take a minute to check you out to make sure that you are OK and like to sniff your feet or your hand before you pet me. Give me this, and I’m yours forever! Here are other important things to know; I LOVE to go outside to walk, run and play. I am learning to walk nicely on my leash, but it’s so darn hard to not express my excitement when I’m with you! I’m a great eater and am trying to learn commands for treats. I am housetrained and can be trusted up to about 8 hours during the work day to be well behaved and quiet. My foster Mom has signed me up with a dog walker too, and that was fun. I love my crate, where I like to store my toys and sleep overnight (unless you want a bed buddy!) Cuddles and kisses are also amongst my favorite things. I am not a big barker, so your neighbors will adore me. Your current pets will also adore me- I am good with cats, have lived with bunnies nicely, and the resident dog has been my BFF since day one.

I was recently seen by a vet and was given a clean bill of health, along with a whole bunch of shots and a microchip. I’m ready to meet you and go to home with you now, so put in that application! My foster Mom is happy to answer any questions that you have.

If you are interested in finding out more about Frasier, please fill out an application. Frasier is being fostered in Bellingham.

The adoption fee is $350.

Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.Frasier
