My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Jake and I am a purebred male French Bulldog that is 9 years old and I weigh 25 pounds. I lived my whole life with my dad and loved him very much, we did everything together! But then my dad passed away in January 2015 from cancer so I went and stayed with some family members. I missed my dad so much that I became very depressed and stopped eating for days. I also lost some of my hair on my back and back legs. My dads family took me to the shelter and I got even more depressed and thought I was never going to be happy again. But then I got rescued! I am at my Foster moms now and I am eating very well and my hair is starting to grow again. I love attention and I am really affectionate towards people, and I really need attention. I'm still grieving the loss of my best friend. Jake is a very sweet boy, he enjoys walks, and loves car rides, He is great with older kids and loves other dogs. Jake is neutered, vaccinated, house trained, heart worm negative and microchipped. His adoption donation is $250.00
