Miss Daisy's Story...
Miss Daisy and her two puppies were picked up in rural TN because the owner was going to shoot them. Her puppies are 12 weeks old Miss Daisy is ready for a real home. She is sweet and loving and playful. She has a beautiful thick coat that makes us think Bernese Mtn dog and a build similar to that and a lab. She is spayed, HW tested negative and UTD on all shots. Miss Daisy loves people and doesn't pay any attention to the small dogs here. We have not had her around cats. We think Miss Daisy would like a loving and active home with outdoor activitues because she loves being out on these pretty days. She is 1 to 2 years old and weighs 55 lbs. If you would like to make this beautiful girl a forever member of your family, please contact lorainecm@comcast.net or omlc7@hotmail.com for updates info and app.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Miss Daisy, a Albany Bernese Mountain Dog/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bernese Mountain Dog/Labrador Retriever for sale in Albany, or seeking a Bernese Mountain Dog/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Albany.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Albany already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Albany breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bernese Mountain Dog/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Bernese Mountain Dog/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Albany paves the way for another one to be saved.
