Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Willie is one amazing little guy. He is around 6-7 months old, weighs around 20 pounds, and is extremely smart. We are unsure as to why his family never came for him when he was brought in as a stray into a local high kill shelter. He sat alone in the cold run, day in and night out and never made a sound. He just looked at us with those sad puppy eyes, saying save me. So when his stray hold was up, we pulled him to get him into the safety of our rescue.
We have learned a lot about Willie while he has been here. He can play fetch and will bring it back to you as long as no other dogs are playing. He loves to play keep away from the other dogs. He loves to play with other dogs and his foster sister will play all day long. He doesn’t pay much attention to the cat at his foster home. He is a big cut up and loves to make you smile. As you can tell from his pictures, Willie is very animated and won’t stop until you get a laugh (this won’t take long). He loves to be loved on but loves to be on the go. He is a very active little guy and will do best in a home that will take him to dog parks or on a daily walk/run.
Willie is up to date on all vaccinations and on monthly preventatives. He is heartworm negative and neutered. His adoption fee is $450.
