This completely adorable fluff ball is Karl. He had such a sad start in life. He was living on the streets in Little Havana for months and was being badly mistreated until someone called us to please help him. Matted down to the skin with sores, fleas, ticks and scared of the world, he is now happy and healthy in a loving foster but needs to find his forever home. Still a little scared, he is such a loving boy once he gets to know you. He is about 20 lbs. Good with other small dogs like himself. Because of his history on the streets, we think he will be best in a home without children. He is also very timid around men. Please consider giving Karl a chance. He doesn't even shed!
