Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is Bones, a 6 1/2 year-old Miniature Pinscher mix, but don't forget his diminutive and athletic min pin frame! He listens closely to his leader, and he's learned his role is to be submissive. He's learned to play well with other dogs and to be around kids, and yet he keeps his spirited, little dog energy level. He has his favorite, stuffed animal "bear," and he's been trained NOT to rip it up, retrieving it back to you, and letting you throw it for him and play catch with him, over and over again, until you decide to stop--and that's when he stops, too! You can take toys from him, you can take food from him, and he lets you do so--he submits automatically. There's no aggression. The big-eyed, warm, submissive look in his eyes will melt your heart!
He is med-high energy and very sweet once he gets to know you. He'll surely get along with other dogs in the house. If you are interested in this awesome little guy, he's now ready for a furever home. He's currently being fostered by a professional trainer, and the trainer wants to donate two hours of training time during his transition to his new home. He's so ready to have a normal life.
