Nemo is a 4-year-old, 10 pound, neutered, healthy, Dandie Dinmont Terrierwho was dumped at the pound by owners who claimed, "Allergies." Despite the seeming dishonesty of his former people (These types of dogs are promoted as "hypoallergenic"), Nemo nevertheless was extremely devoted to them. Depressed in the shelter and searching/crying frantically for former people when first rescued, Nemo is seemingly resigned now to the fact they are never coming back. He is attaching to his foster person. Nemo is housebroken, LOVES TO GO FOR WALKS AND RUN, and is very loving and devoted. Nemo is GREAT WITH CATS AND OTHER DOGS and enjoys loving attention. However, former owners indicated Nemo should not go to a home with children. If interested in this little love bug, you MUST have committed ownership experience with this type of dog and a CHECKABLE VET REFERANCE.
