Moose's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Moose's Story...
Moose should have been named Cupcake because he is such a sweetheart! He came to Angel of Home from Andover Animal Control. He had quite a bit of matting from his days as a stray so he got a lion's cut shave. His new owners will have to be willing to give him regular grooming to keep his luxurious long coat in the beautiful condition this cat deserves.

If you are interested in adopting this animal, please go to to our website at http://www.aohrescue.org and complete an adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Moose, a Anoka Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Anoka, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Anoka.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Anoka already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Anoka breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Anoka paves the way for another one to be saved.
